Your order confirmation and invoice
What the confirmation page and email show, where your invoice is, and what to do if the email is missing.
After checkout you see a confirmation page. Map D also emails you a receipt with your invoice attached.
The confirmation page
It shows your Order number, Payment status, order Status and anything Due now. Below that are your organizer's message and their recommended next steps, such as completing your exhibitor profile.
If your organizer has set a support contact, the page shows Questions about your order? with their email address. If you paid offline, the page repeats your payment instructions. If your order includes Exhibitor Plus, it shows a Sign in to Exhibitor Plus button that opens your exhibitor portal.

| Received | Your order is in. |
| Under review | Your organizer approves orders before confirming them. You will hear from them. |
| Canceled | The order was canceled. |
Your confirmation email
Once your order is confirmed, the buyer contact from checkout receives a confirmation email, usually titled Order #… Confirmation. It includes:
- Your order information: invoice number, date, show, payment method and status, and booths.
- Your exhibitor details and a breakdown of booths, services, discounts, fees and total.
- Any balance still due, if your organizer includes it.
- Documents your organizer shares with every order, such as an exhibitor manual.
- Your invoice as a PDF attachment.
When you pay by card or bank account, the email arrives after the payment goes through. When your organizer approves orders first, it arrives once they approve.
Your portal invite
When your order is confirmed, Map D also sends you an invite to your exhibitor portal if you do not have one yet. See Your exhibitor portal invite.
Didn't get the email?
- Check spam and junk folders.
- Make sure you entered the right email for the buyer contact at checkout.
- Ask your show organizer to resend your invoice. They can do it at any time.
