Pay an open balance

Use the link in your invoice or payment request email to pay what you still owe.

If you paid a deposit, chose to pay later, or your organizer approved an order after you submitted it, you may still owe money. You pay it from a secure link. You do not need to sign in.

Your organizer sends it by email. Look for one of these:

  • Your invoice, with a Pay … online button and the invoice attached. It is usually titled Your Invoice for Order #…, though your organizer may word it their own way.
  • Payment Request From: followed by the show name, with a View Open Balance button.

Pay

  1. Open the link

The page shows your order and booth, with Order total, Paid to date and Due now.

  2. Accept the terms, if asked

Some organizers ask you to agree to their terms here too. Select Read and accept, scroll to the end and select Accept terms. The payment buttons work once you have.

  3. Pay online

Select Pay … now and complete the payment with the show's payment provider. If your organizer allows it, How much to pay now lets you choose Pay a different amount and enter any amount in the range shown, instead of the full amount due.

  4. Or pay another way

Under Or pay another way, choose one of your organizer's offline options to see their instructions.

Select View order details to see what the order includes.
