Your show organizer or Map D: who to ask

Your show organizer handles booths, invoices and show rules. Here is how to reach them, and what Map D can help with.

Map D is the software your show organizer uses. Your organizer runs the show, sets the prices and rules, and decides what you can change in your portal. For nearly every question, they are the right person to ask.

Ask your show organizer about

  • Booth assignments, booth changes and moves
  • Prices, invoices, payments, deposits and refunds
  • Services, furniture, electrical and other add-ons
  • Deadlines, move-in and move-out times, and show rules
  • Insurance requirements and documents they asked for
  • Onboarding tasks that were rejected or need changes
  • Resending your invite or changing who can sign in
  • Anything you cannot edit in your portal

How to reach your organizer

Your organizer's contact details are in the emails you received about the show:

  • Invoice and order emails: reply to the email, which goes to your organizer.
  • Order confirmation page: shows your organizer's support email under Questions about your order?, if they have set one.
  • Payment pages: if a payment link cannot be used, the page shows a Contact the organizer link.
  • Your invite email: may include your organizer's own message and contact details.
  • The show's website or Homebase: usually lists a contact for exhibitors.

What Map D can help with

This help center covers how to use the portal and checkout. If something looks broken, such as a page that will not load or a button that does nothing, tell your show organizer. They can pass it to Map D support with the details of your show.
