Order Detail Report

One row per ticket with buyer, attendee, payment and registration answers: filters, search, and XLS/CSV exports with every question.

If Ticketing is included with your show, open Reports in the show sidebar and select Order Detail Report under Ticketing reports. The report lists one row per ticket, with the order's buyer and payment details repeated on each of its tickets, so you can reconcile it line by line with the Ticket Orders screen.

Reading the report

  • Rows belonging to the same order shade together, and the order's money (Actual Amount, Discounted Amount, Promo code and Amount Paid) appears once, on the order's first row, in the same place on screen and in every export.
  • The Columns switcher flips the grid between Summary, Buyer, Attendee and Payment views. The screen keeps each view compact; exports always carry all 41 columns.
  • Questions opens the Registration Questions and Answers popup with the ticket's answers.
  • Dates show in the show's time zone. Amounts are in the show's currency.
  • From Date and To Date filter by the order's created date, as calendar days in the show's time zone. From must not be later than To.
  • Five filters: Pay Type (an order matches when any of its payments used the mode), Order Status, Ticket Name, Ticket Status (Booked, Cancelled or Wait List) and Registration Type. Values within one filter add together; filters combine.
  • Search covers names, emails, companies, the order number, the ticket number, statuses and ticket names.
  • Sort with the Sort menu; the report starts at Order Id, newest first.

Exports

Export downloads the report as XLS or CSV with every column plus one question-and-answer pair per registration question: EQ/EA columns for order-level questions, then TQ/TA for ticket-level ones. Small exports download at once. Past the server's limit the export is scheduled instead: confirm, check the email address, and the file arrives as a download link. Finished exports also appear under Recent exports on the report page for seven days.

The report leaves out abandoned and deleted orders, Scan Attendee orders and package parent tickets, so its totals line up with the Ticket Orders screen.
