Ticketing dashboard
Your ticketing at a glance: order, attendee and revenue counters with the payment, ticket sales and expected revenue charts.
If Ticketing is included with your show, open Ticketing → Dashboard in the show sidebar to see your ticketing at a glance: three counters and four charts. Every number on it uses one shared set of definitions, so a figure here always matches the same figure on the Ticket Orders screen.
The counters
- Total Orders counts live Standard orders: cancelled, deleted and abandoned checkouts are out, and so are Scan Attendee orders.
- Total Attendees Registered counts booked tickets on badge-eligible ticket types, on orders that have been paid something. Wait-listed tickets do not count.
- Revenue Generated sums money actually received. Unpaid rows, checks marked not received, and imported registrations never count. The small percentage under it is revenue received against the expected revenue from the donut chart.
The charts
- Revenue Generated Vs Payment Category splits received money by payment mode, and the slices always add up to the Revenue counter.
- Revenue Generated Vs Ticket Types shows the ordered value of each ticket, before order-level fees and taxes, with cancelled lines left out.
- The Ticket Sales Graph shows sold, available and cancelled per ticket, where sold means really booked tickets.
- Expected Revenue Vs Generated Revenue compares what the event would make selling out against what has come in, with the real percentage.
Each panel folds with the minus control, offers View as table, and opens larger when you select the chart. A chart with nothing to show says so: "No Revenue generated" or "No Tickets Sold".
