Merge your booths into one

Ask to turn booths that sit side by side into one booth, at checkout or from your exhibitor portal.

If you buy booths that sit side by side, some shows let you turn them into one booth, for example booths 101 and 102 becoming booth 101-102. You can ask when you check out, or later from your exhibitor portal. Whether you can, and whether your organizer reviews each request first, is up to your show organizer.

Merging never changes your order or what you pay. Your order and invoice still list each booth you bought with its own price. The floor plan, the exhibitor directory and your portal show the merged booth number.

When you check out

When your show offers it and the booths in your cart can be merged, the Review step shows a checkbox under Booth reservation, for example Merge these booths into one (101-102).

  1. Tick the checkbox

The line under it tells you what happens next. On most shows the organizer reviews the request. On some, your booths become one booth automatically.

  2. Submit your order as usual

Nothing changes until your order is confirmed, which means paid, or approved by your organizer if they approve orders first. See Check out.

The small map on the Review step shows your booths as the one booth they will become while the box is ticked. After you submit, your order confirmation page and confirmation email both mention the merge you asked for, under Status update on the page and as Booth merge in the email.

If you don't see the checkbox, the show doesn't offer merging at checkout, or the booths in your cart don't sit side by side in a shape that can be merged.

From your exhibitor portal

  1. Find the link

On My Profiles, look under your booth in the Booth column. Merge booths appears when your organizer allows it and you own booths that can be merged.

  2. Choose the booths

Select Merge booths. Each group you can merge is listed, for example "Booths 101, 102" and "Becomes booth 101-102" with the name of the floor plan.

  3. Ask

Select Ask to merge. If your show merges booths automatically, the button reads Merge and your booths become one booth right away.

While your organizer reviews a request, the link reads Merge request waiting, and the group shows Waiting. Select Cancel request to withdraw it.

When your organizer decides

You get an email either way:

  • Your booths were merged: the booths are now one booth with the new number. Your order and what you paid are unchanged.
  • Booth merge not approved: the booths stay separate, and your order is unchanged. The email includes your organizer's note if they wrote one.

Your organizer can also merge booths for you, or put merged booths back the way they were. To ask about either, contact your show organizer. See Your show organizer or Map D: who to ask.
