Registration links

Open Ticketing, then the Registration Links tab: every link to your registration page, ready to hand out. The links themselves come from the Registration page designer: the whole page, each ticket tab, and every link you created in its Share window. This screen adds the ways to distribute them: Click opens one, Embed gives you code for your own website, QR Code makes a code for print and signage, and Affiliate makes a tracked link.

Publish the registration page in the designer first; a banner reminds you while it is unpublished. Manage links in the designer in the header takes you there to add or change the links.

The links

• The Whole page link opens the full registration page.
• Each ticket tab on the page has its own link, and so does every link you created in the designer's share window, listing just the tickets you chose. A link with one ticket and Go straight to checkout on skips the ticket list entirely.
• A link that holds exactly one ticket with RSVP on also gets two invitation rows: RSVP Validation Link, and RSVP No Validation Link for email campaigns. The no-validation link contains a placeholder your campaign tool replaces with each recipient's email address, which then prefills their registration.

If some tickets are paid but no online payment is set up, the screen tells you: Please set online payment from payment setting screen.

Short URL

Give the registration page a short address: type the short name, check the Long Url, and select Save. The short name is one word of letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens, at most 30 characters, and no two shows can use the same one. Once saved, the block shows the live short link with its own buttons and an Edit button; saving a new short name also updates where it points. The short link forwards anything after it, so a short link with an affiliate id still tracks.

Embed

Embed opens three ready-to-paste snippets, each with a Copy Code button:

• Inline puts the page right on your website and grows to fit it.
• Popup Widget adds a Registration button that opens the page in a popup.
• Popup Text does the same with a text link.

Which websites may embed the page, and whether checkout opens in a new tab, is set in the designer's share window.

QR codes

QR Code on any link opens a preview with a Download size choice of 512 px, 1024 px or 2048 px, Download PNG, Download SVG and Copy URL. The code is generated in your browser and always encodes the link itself.

There is also a standalone QR Code Generator under Setup & Settings: paste any URL, or select Use this event's registration link, and download the code as PNG for emails, websites and print, or SVG for scalable print and design tools.

Affiliate links

Affiliate opens the Affiliate ID link window: type any id and select Generate Link to get the link with the id attached, with Copy Link and QR Code. When someone registers through an affiliate link, the id is saved on their order, so you can credit the partner who brought them.
